Dr. Dao practices general ophthalmology and has a special interest in treating glaucoma, dry eye, and performing cataract surgery. A native of Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Dao graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati and graduated cum laude with her Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Dr. Dao is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Connecticut Society of Eye Physicians, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the International Society of Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Dao enjoys the performing arts, playing tennis, cooking, and hiking. She has also participated in a medical mission trip treating the underserved in Costa Rica.
